To confirm your date, we require a 25% advance of the package cost. The remaining amount is typically split into two instalments — 50% one month before the event, and the final 25% on the day of the event. We accept cash, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm).

Yes, you are welcome to bring your preferred caterer. Tulip Garden provides dedicated kitchen and preparation areas, live counter spaces, and service equipment. A nominal catering facilitation charge applies. We can also recommend from our panel of trusted, experienced caterers in the region if needed.

Daytime events can begin from 8:00 AM. Evening events typically run until 11:00 PM in compliance with local noise ordinances. For multi-day weddings, the venue is available 24 hours to the booked family from the start of setup to the end of teardown. Specific timing arrangements are always discussed at the time of booking.
